Data Sheet 1:: The Wolfspeed/Cree Buck-Boost Evaluation Kit (Kit-CRD-3DD065P) demonstrates the switching and thermal performance of a 650V 60mΩ SiC (Silicon Carbide) C3M™ MOSFET configured in a half-bridge topology in a TO-247-4L package .The Kelvin source pin included in the TO-247-4L package of these SiC MOSFETs decouples the gate drive loop from the power supply terminal. Therefore, due to the rising source current, the voltage drop does not slow down the turn-on speed, thus significantly reducing the turn-on loss. The evaluation kit also accepts conventional TO247-3L packages without any additional adapters. This feature enables end users to test and compare the performance of C3M MOSFETs in various packages.

Product introduction 2: Analog Devices Inc. DC1938A evaluation board is designed to evaluate the LT3072 IC dual-channel \ low noise \ low dropout linear regulator. The evaluation board operates from an input voltage range of 0.8V to 3.45V and an output voltage range of 0.59 V to 2.54V. The DC1938A board requires an external BIAS voltage higher than VIN2 and VIN2, and the voltage range is between 2.375V and 5.25V. The board has a reserved position for optional (Opt) components on the schematic diagram. Add capacitor\filter\parallel reference and use VOIC function.
