Introduction

The ams development kit for the AS73211 with USB dongle consists of the AS73211-AB5 board mounted in a metal housing with optical interface. The device also features a standard I2C to USB converter and Windows PC test software. The test software controls the converter, calibrates the sensor, and allows data logging options, including exporting results. The evaluation board includes the sensor AS73211 with I2C interface and its filter based on the CIE1931 standard. There is also an EEPROM, power regulator and a standard I2C interface on the board. I2C is used for external communication, sensor configuration, sensor data reading, and memory reading and writing.
