Apex Microtechnology EK87 Evaluation Kit

The Apex Microtechnology EK87 evaluation kit includes everything needed for rapid prototyping with the PA166 multipurpose power amplifier IC. This evaluation kit provides the flexibility to connect inputs, measure outputs and condition signals to a specific application environment. The EK87 evaluation kit comes with an additional prototyping area allowing analysis of many standard or proprietary circuit configurations. An onboard temperature sensing terminal enables real-time output stage junction temperature monitoring. The evaluation kit provides the flexibility to modify the gain with optional improved Howland current pump configuration capabilities and in inverter or non-inverter mode. Typical applications include high-density voltage or current sources, electrostatic transducers, electrostatic/electromagnetic deflection, deformable mirror focusing, and piezoelectric positioning.
