Keysight's InfiniiVision 4000G x-Series oscilloscopes are advanced 7-in-1 instruments with multiple features. The 4000G oscilloscope features dual waveform generators, mask limit testing, measurement limit testing, frequency response analysis, enhanced HDTV video analysis, and hardware-based serial triggering and decoding including I(2)C, SPI, UART, I( 2)S and USB-PD. Oscilloscopes are available in 200MHz, 350MHz, 500MHz, 1GHz and 1.5GHz bandwidths with two or four analog channels. Keysight's InfiniiVision 4000G x-Series oscilloscopes offer over 1 million wfms/second waveform update rates and a 12.1-inch capacitive touch display. Oscilloscopes are ideal for power, automotive, education, and general embedded design applications.
