Renesas Electronics RRM12120 digital BGA-POP power module

Renesas Electronics' RRM12120 digital BGA-POP power module provides high efficiency in a small size and is suitable for high-current applications. The RRM12120 20A, 12V single-channel digital PMBus step-down power module integrates all required power conversion silicon and output inductor. High efficiency and accurate output voltage (+/-0.7%) provide best-in-class performance.

The Renesas RRM12120 is packaged in a BGA and has an extremely small footprint of only 10.0mm x 13.0mm x 5.9mm.
