Introduction

The Power Integrations scale iDriver™ SIC1182K  Isolators - Gate Drivers substrate is designed for half-bridge SiC MOSFET power modules in a 62mm case solution. The reference board provides up to 800V DC link voltage and electrical interface with short circuit detection (SCD). The WeighScale™ SIC1182K baseboard offers advanced active clamping options with an on-board adjustable source controller. This reference design board is a single PCB solution where the gate driver IC is soldered inside the board.
