TSMC MMSZ4X Zener diodes feature constant voltage control and are indicated by cathode strip polarity. These diodes are available with matte tinned leads and can be soldered to J-STD-002 terminals and SOD-123 housings. MMSZ4X Zener diodes are available in a UL 94V-0 flammability rated molding compound, are ROHS compliant and halogen-free. These diodes are rated per J-STD-020 Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 and weigh 10.97 mg (approximately). The MMSZ4X Zener diodes have an operating power consumption of 500mW, an operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C, and a test current of 50µA. These diodes are ideal for general purpose regulation and protection applications, and the small package size is ideal for high-density applications.
