Vishay/Techno RCHR High Resistance Thick Film Chip Resistors feature a three-sided surround termination style and high resistance values up to 2G ohms. These resistors are available in internationally standardized sizes and feature solder-coated nickel barrier terminals for design flexibility. The maximum operating voltage of the RCHR module is 175V/200V, the temperature coefficient is ±500ppm/℃, and the operating temperature range is -55℃~ +155℃. Vishay/Techno RCHR high resistance thick film chip resistors offer automatic placement capabilities and are also available in tape and reel packaging. These modules are suitable for solderable, epoxy bonding and wire bonding applications.
