onsemi NRVB5100MFS Schottky rectifier

The onsemi NRVB5100MFS Schottky rectifier provides 0.76V typical instantaneous forward voltage (i(F) = 5A, T(J) = 25°C), 100V peak repetitive reverse voltage and 5A forward current. This Schottky rectifier features low power consumption and high efficiency. The NRVB5100MFS Schottky rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. This Schottky rectifier operates over the temperature range from -55°C to 175°C and is lead-free. Typical applications include power conversion circuits, reverse battery protection, protection and free spin, and gate drive circuits.
