PANJIT PJMBZ ESD protection diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment from ESD and prevent latch-up events. These diodes are dual Zener ESD/transient protectors with a common cathode and a typical reverse breakdown voltage range of 5.6V to 33V. The combination of dual devices protects up to two data lines in a single package, providing additional board space. PJMBZ ESD protection diodes are available in automotive grades, primarily for CAN and LIN buses.
