ROHM Semiconductor BD525G-1TR voltage detector (reset) IC is a free time delay setting CMOS detector IC with n-channel open-drain output type. The IC senses a voltage range of 0.9V to 5V in 0.1V increments and operates up to 85°C. The BD525G-1TR IC features Nano Energy, ±30% delay accuracy, 270nA typical ultra-low current consumption and 70mA output current. The detector IC is packaged in sss5 and measures 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm. The BD525G-1TR IC is used in consumer devices requiring voltage sensing.
