ROHM Semiconductor BD62120JEFJ 36V DC brush motor driver is a 1-channel h-bridge driver IC in an HTSOP-J8 package with external pulse width modulation (PWM) control. This motor driver can achieve low power consumption through direct PWM. The BD62120JEFJ driver can operate over a wide voltage range from 8V to 36V and has a rated output current up to 2A (3A peak). This device has built-in protection circuits in this IC, and the operation of each protection circuit helps set high reliability. These protections include thermal shutdown circuit (TSD), overcurrent protection circuit (OCP), undervoltage lockout circuit (UVLO), overvoltage lockout circuit (OVLO) and ghost source prevention. Typical applications include plain paper copiers (PPC), multifunction printers, laser printers, inkjet printers, photo printers and FAX.
