Summary: Use a different production line from the series model BD62130AEFJ to increase output.
ROHM Semiconductor BD62130JEFJ DC brush motor driver is a built-in 1-channel h-bridge motor driver that can be driven with high efficiency through direct PWM. The driver operates over a wide supply voltage range of 8V to 28V and is rated for output current up to 3A (4A peak). The BD62130JEFJ motor driver features external PWM control, cross-conduction prevention circuitry and built-in logic input pull-down resistors. This device has built-in protection circuits in this IC, and the operation of each protection circuit helps set high reliability. These protections include thermal shutdown circuit (TSD), overcurrent protection circuit (OCP), undervoltage lockout circuit (UVLO), overvoltage lockout circuit (OVLO) and ghost source prevention.
The BD62130JEFJ motor driver IC uses a different production line from the series model BD62130AEFJ to improve production efficiency. Therefore, it is recommended to use this variant for new development requirements. Typical applications include plain paper copiers (PPC), multifunction printers, laser printers, inkjet printers, photo printers and FAX.
