Abstract: These devices are CMOS switches in a dual channel 1:1 (SPST) configuration.

Texas Instruments TMUX622x 1:1 (SPST) 2-channel precision switch

Texas Instruments TMUX622x 1:1 (SPST) 2-channel precision switches are dual-channel 1:1 (SPST) configured complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switches. The device supports single power supply (4.5V ~ 36V), dual power supply (±4.5V ~ ±18V) or asymmetric power supply (such as V(DD) = 12V, V(SS) = -5V). The TMUX622x supports bidirectional digital and analog signals from V(SS) to V(DD) on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins.

The TMUX622x can enable or disable signal path 1 (S1 to D1) or signal path 2 (S2 to D2) by controlling the SEL pin. All logic control inputs support logic levels from 1.8V to VDD, allowing CMOS and TTL logic compatibility when operating within the valid supply voltage range. Fail-safe logic circuitry allows the voltage on the control pin to be applied before the power pin, protecting the device from potential damage.

Texas Instruments TMUX622x devices feature very low on-off leakage current, 50pA, for use in high-precision measurement applications.
