Silicon Labs SiWx917 SoC includes ultra-low-power Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) 5.4 wireless CPU subsystem and integrated microcontroller (MCU) application subsystem, security, peripherals and power management subsystem, all All in a 7mm x 7mm QFN package. The wireless subsystem includes a multi-threaded processor (ThreadArch) running at frequencies up to 160MHz, baseband digital signal processing, analog front end, 2.4GHz RF transceiver and integrated power amplifier. The application subsystem integrates an Arm Cortex-M4F running at up to 180MHz, embedded SRAM, FLASH, AI/ML accelerator and enhanced PSA-L2 certifiable security engine. The Arm Cortex-M4F is dedicated to peripherals and application-related processing. Meanwhile, ThreadArch runs wireless and network stacks on independent threads, providing a fully integrated solution for a wide range of embedded wireless IoT applications.
