TE Connection/ERNI VolTron 1000V induction connector introduction, characteristics, and applications

2/7/2024 9:25:47 AM

Summary: Measure voltage across the entire battery architecture and ecosystem (up to 1000V).

ERNI VolTron 1000V connector TE Connection

TE Connectivity's ERNI VolTron 1000V sensing connector is designed for battery management systems (BMS) and battery disconnect units (BDU) to measure voltage in battery architectures and ecosystems. Multiple design features, high CTI materials and contact surfaces maximize creep and clearance. This results in high performance values up to 1000V, with strong dielectric strength and the ability to be used above 5000M sea level with pollution degree 2 according to IEC 60664-1. Connectors comply with LV214, LV215 and USCAR automotive standards.
