Summary: Supports 2-wire and 3-wire applications for cylinder position detection.

TSMC TSHA2101CQ integrated magnetoresistive sensor

TSMC's TSHA2101CQ integrated anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) magnetic sensor supports 2-wire and 3-wire applications for cylinder position detection. This integrated AMR magnetic sensor converts into a contactless switch with low power consumption, high sensitivity and high reliability when coupled with a magnet. The TSHA2101CQ magnetic sensor uses system-in-package (SIP) technology to integrate the AMR sensor and application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) into one IC. The operating voltage range of this AMR magnetic sensor is 3.3V to 30V, and the operating frequency is ≥4kHz. Typical applications include packaging machines, automated electronic equipment, semiconductor equipment, textile machinery, pull-up and pull-down load equipment, and pneumatic drills.
