onsemi MUN5234 NPN bipolar digital transistor

onsemi MUN5234 NPN Bipolar Digital Transistor is a monolithic bias resistor network designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network. This bias resistor transistor (BRT) consists of two resistors, a series base resistor (22k ohms) and a base-emitter resistor (47k ohms). BRT eliminates individual components and integrates them into a single device. The BRT is AEC-Q101 certified and has PPAP capabilities. BRT is lead and halogen/bfr free and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include reverse battery protection, DC-DC converter output driving and high-speed switching.
