Summary: This device contains four independent 2-input XOR gates with Schmitt trigger inputs.
The Texas Instruments SN74LV4T86-EP quad-channel dual-input XOR gate contains four independent 2-input XOR gates with Schmitt trigger inputs for extended voltage operation, allowing level shifting. In positive logic, each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A⊕B. The output level supports 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V CMOS levels, referenced to the supply voltage (V(CC)).
The input end adopts low threshold circuit design. This feature supports up-conversion of low-voltage CMOS inputs (for example, 1.2V input to 1.8V output or 1.8V input to 3.3V output). 5V tolerant input pins also support down conversion (e.g., 3.3V to 2.5V output). The Texas Instruments SN74LV4T02-EP device features gold bond wires, a temperature range of -55 to +105°C, and uses SnPb lead processing.
