The Texas Instruments UCC21551CQEVM-079 evaluation module comprehensively evaluates the functionality of the UCC21551. The UCC21551CQEVM has a two-layer copper PCB with multiple test points and jumpers. TI UCC21551CQEVM features PWM input control, socket for discrete field effect transistors, onboard adjustable power supply, external active clamp for low-side protection, self-starting high-side, negative gate voltage capability, configurable dead-band switch , EN/DIS jumpers and sockets for Wolfspeed XM3 sic half-bridge power modules.
