onsemi ESD1014 ESD protection diode is designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD, EFT and lightning strikes. The onsemi ESD1014 has a maximum capacitance of 6pF between the I/O lines and ground. The device provides strong protection with an ESD rating of Class 3B (over 8kV) for each human body model and Class C (over 400V) for each machine model. ESD1014 complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 at 30kV (Contact) standard and has reliable performance.
