onsemi ESD7424 ESD protection diode protects voltage sensitive components from ESD and transient voltage events with ultra-low capacitance. The onsemi ESD7424 features industry-leading capacitive linearity, especially in RF applications. The device's compact design and minimal insertion loss make it ideal for antenna line applications in wireless handsets and terminals.
