The onsemi NVMFWS004N10MC single n-channel power mosfet delivers 138A continuous drain current of 3.9 milliohms at 10V R(DS(ON)) and 100V drain-to-source voltage. The NVMFWS004N10MC comes in a 5mm x 6mm planar lead package and is developed for compact and efficient designs. Onsemi AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFETs are ppap capable and ideal for automotive applications.
