Kyocera AVX TBJ space grade tantalum capacitors

Kyocera AVX TBJ space grade tantalum capacitors are available in capacitance ranges from 0.10µF to 470µF and include extensive space grade testing. These capacitors are modified to include only those commercially screened ratings suitable for mission-critical and space-grade applications. The SRC8000 space grade capacitor uses a more conservative design approach than other upper shield components, utilizing established CV powders and higher dielectric formation ratios. These capacitors feature Weibull ratings (B and C), surge current testing to MIL-PRF-55365 (A, B, C) and optional MIL-PRF-55365 Group A. TBJ Capacitors are comprised of additional screenings for low Earth orbit (SRC8000) and space grade (SRC9000) applications. This capacitor has a 25% reduction in data control language (DCL) while still having positive ESR values.
