SZNUP3125 two wire CAN bus protector onsemi

onsemi SZNUP3125 dual-wire CAN bus protector is designed to protect CAN transceivers in 24V designs from ESD and other harmful surge protection events. The busbar protector has a single-line peak power consumption of 120W (8/20s waveform), a reverse leakage current of less than 100nA, and matching diode capacitance. The SZNUP3125 dual-wire CAN bus protector provides bidirectional protection for each data line in a single compact SC-70 (SOT-323) package. The device is lead free, rohs compliant, halogen/bfr free, and AEC-Q101 certified. Typical applications include CAN/CAN-FD, low- and high-speed CAN, fault-tolerant CAN, trucks, smart power distribution systems (SDS), and DeviceNet.
