ADG1534 Analog Devices

Analog Devices' ADG1534 1.8V logic-compatible quad SPDT switch contains four independent SPDT switches in a small 4mm(2) LFCSP-20 package. The EN input of the ADG1534 enables or enables the device. When disabled, all channels are high impedance. The digital inputs (INx) are 1.8V logic compatible and suitable for low voltage logic control. The ADG1534 is fully specified for V(DD) = +5V±10% and V(SS) = -4.5V to -8.8V, making it suitable for applications requiring asymmetric power supplies. The switch's ultra-low on-resistance and on-resistance flatness make it an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low distortion is critical. This structure ensures ultra-low power consumption, making the device suitable for portable and battery-operated instruments.

The Analog Devices Inc. ADG1534 quad SPDT switch conducts well in both directions when turned on, and its input signal range extends to the power supply. In the off state, the signal level until the power supply is blocked. All channels exhibit a disconnect-then-switch action to prevent momentary short circuits when switching channels.
