S5xB PANJIT

The PANJIT S5xB surface mount universal rectifier converts alternating current (AC) voltage to direct current (DC) voltage. S5xB adopts SMB package, which has strong stability, high reliability and low leakage current. The rectifier is lead-free, EU RoHS 2.0 compliant, and features an IEC 61249 compliant green molding compound. S5xB devices are widely used in a variety of equipment with 5A current, including power supplies, inverters, converters, monitors and other electronic equipment.
