Abstract: Design evaluates and demonstrates the ADGS2414D high-density octal SPST switch controlled by SPI.
Analog Devices' EV-ADGS2414DSDZ evaluation board is designed to evaluate and demonstrate the ADGS2414D high-density octal SPST switch controlled by SPI. This serial peripheral interface (SPI) features cyclic redundancy check (CRC), invalid read and write addresses, and SCLK count error detection. The EV-ADGS2414DSDZ board is managed by the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z (SDP-b) System Demonstration Platform (SDP), which is connected to a PC via a USB port. The board features a dual supply voltage range of ±4.5V to ±16.5V and a single supply voltage range of 5V to 20V. Typical applications include automatic test equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition, relay replacement, avionics, audio and video switching, and communications systems.
