Abstract: Highly optimized design of high power, high density synchronous buck converter.
Texas Instruments' CSD95410 NexFET smart power stage is a highly optimized design for high-power, high-density synchronous buck converters. This product integrates a driver IC and a power MOSFET to complete the power stage switching function. This combination produces high current, high efficiency and high-speed switching capabilities in a small 5mm × 6mm package. The Texas Instruments CSD95410 also integrates precise current and temperature sensing capabilities to simplify system design and improve accuracy. Additionally, the PCB footprint has been optimized to help reduce design time and facilitate overall system design completion.
