Summary: This device allows glue-free connection to the most commonly used graphics controllers.

TFP410 PanelBus Texas Instruments

The Texas Instruments TFP410 PanelBus digital transmitter is a PanelBus flat panel display product, an end-to-end DVI 1.0 compliant solution targeting the consumer electronics and personal computer industries. The TFP410 device provides a universal interface allowing glue-free connection to the most commonly used graphics controllers. Some advantages of this versatile interface include selectable bus widths, adjustable signal levels, single-ended and differential clocking. The adjustable 1.1V to 1.8V digital interface provides a high-speed, low-emi bus that can be connected to a 24-bit or 12-bit interface. The DVI interface supports flat panel display resolutions up to UXGA 165MHz, 24-bit true color pixel format.

The TFP410 device combines PanelBus circuit innovation, Texas Instruments ultra-low inductance PowerPAD packaging and advanced 0.18µm EPIC-5 CMOS process technology. The result is a compact 64-pin TQFP package that provides a reliable, low-noise, low-current, high-speed digital interface solution.
