Summary: 3V to 65V wide VIN, up to 150mA rated IO power module optimizes light load efficiency.
The Texas Instruments TPSM365R1x synchronous buck converters are 65V, 100mA and 150mA step-down DC/DC power modules with an ultra-low operating IQ of 4μA at no load (24V(IN) to 3.3V(OUT)). These converters combine power MOSFETs, integrated inductors and boot capacitors in a compact, easy-to-use 3.5mm × 4.5mm × 2mm 11-pin QFN package. Proprietary small HotRod QFN packaging technology improves thermal performance and enables low EMI. The TPSM365R1x buck converters support fixed 3.3V and 5V outputs, as well as adjustable output voltages from 1V to 16V. The TPSM365R1x synchronous step-down DC/DC module adopts a peak current mode control architecture with internal compensation to ensure stable operation with minimal output capacitance. Typical applications include appliances, factory automation and building automation.
