onsemi ESD7004 ESD protection diodes protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD). onsemi ESD7004 features ultra-low capacitance and low ESD clamping voltage. This device is ideal for protecting voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines such as USB 3.0 and HDMI. The flowable package allows for simple PCB layout and ensures matched trace lengths to maintain consistent impedance.
